100-Night Sleep Trial & Return Policy

At Horizon Sleep, we want you to love your mattress. That's why every qualifying Horizon Sleep mattress includes a 100-Night Sleep Trial, giving you time to experience the mattress in your own home and allow your body adequate time to adjust to a new sleep surface.

100-Night Sleep Trial

Your sleep trial begins on the day your mattress is delivered and lasts for 100 nights (100 consecutive calendar days).

45-Night Break-In Period

A new mattress often feels different from your previous mattress, and it can take time for both the mattress materials and your body to adapt.

For this reason, returns cannot be initiated during the first 45 nights after delivery.

Customers must keep and use the mattress for a minimum of 45 nights before becoming eligible for a return under the sleep trial program.

We strongly encourage customers to sleep on the mattress every night during this adjustment period to allow the comfort layers and support system to properly break in.

Return Eligibility

If you are not completely satisfied with your mattress after the 45-night break-in period, you may request a return anytime between night 46 and night 100, subject to the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted within the 100-night trial period.
  • The mattress must have been used for a minimum of 45 nights.
  • The mattress must be in sanitary condition and free from stains, burns, tears, misuse, or other damage.
  • The mattress must have been used on a proper foundation or supportive bed frame.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Refund Amount

Approved returns are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, less a $200 processing fee per mattress.

The processing fee helps cover shipping, handling, logistics, inspection, and return-related costs.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return process has been completed and approved.

After the 100-Night Trial

No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted after the 100th night following delivery.

The return request must be initiated on or before the 100th night. Requests submitted after the 100-night trial period has expired will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law:

  • Pillows
  • Mattress protectors
  • Sheets and bedding accessories
  • Adjustable bases
  • Foundations and bed frames
  • Clearance, floor model, closeout, or final sale items
  • Promotional or complimentary items

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact Horizon Sleep Customer Support before your 100-night trial expires.

Our team will provide instructions for return pickup, donation verification (where applicable), or other approved return methods.

Limitations

  • Limit one sleep trial return per household within a 12-month period.
  • Horizon Sleep reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
  • The 100-Night Sleep Trial applies only to qualifying Horizon Sleep mattresses purchased directly from Horizon Sleep or participating authorized retailers.
