Shipping Policy

At Horizon Sleep, we work hard to get your order delivered as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Standard Shipping

Most in-stock products are delivered within 2–4 business days after shipment.

Delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier performance, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.

Extended Delivery Timeframes

While most orders arrive within 2–4 business days, occasional carrier delays, high seasonal demand, weather events, or supply chain disruptions may extend delivery times.

Please allow up to 2 weeks from the shipment date for delivery before a package is considered delayed.

Mattress Deliveries

Mattresses are shipped compressed and packaged for safe transport. Upon delivery, please allow your mattress up to 24–72 hours to fully expand and reach its intended comfort level.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. Additional shipping charges or restrictions may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and certain remote locations.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can assist in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Horizon Sleep is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
